If a customer is not satisfied with a product after delivery, has an issue with the size, or wants to exchange it for another product, this can be done while the delivery person is present. However, once the delivery is completed and the delivery person has left, the product cannot be returned. Still, if a customer wishes to return it, they can directly contact our office. The office will make the necessary decision based on the situation.
